Abstract:
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of 1) workload and leadership on job satisfaction, 2) workload and leadership on employee performance, 3) job satisfaction on employee performance, and 4). workload on employee performance, 5) workload on employee performance through job satisfaction, and 6) leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction. The research was conducted by the Deputy for Asia and Africa, BP2MI, with a research sample of 76 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The research results show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of workload and leadership on job satisfaction, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of workload and leadership on employee performance, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4). there is a positive and significant influence of workload on employee performance, 5) there is a positive and significant influence of workload on employee performance through job satisfaction, and 6) there is no positive and significant influence of leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction.
